Beef can be bought whole, half, or quartered. All beef is $4.00 hanging weight (this means that after the beef is slaughtered, that is the cost).
The processing fee is $.95 for hanging weight plus The Slaughter/Transportation fee is $75

Example: Beef weight is 200 pounds:
$4.00 X 200 lbs. = $800
Processing:
$.95 X 200 lbs. = $190 plus $75. Total $265
